Our Projects
Our chapter of Best Buddies has several ongoing projects throughout the year that we need help raising awareness and support for!
Every year, we hold our annual Best Buddies Film Festival in which we showcase a selection of short films that highlight and inform viewers about the intellectually and physically disabled community in order to promote advocacy and inclusion for its members. UT students, staff, and members of the community come to enjoy the short films.
Every year, the nationals Best Buddies chapter puts together a Friendship Walk for chapters in various areas. Our Friendship Walk that we attend as a college chapter is in San Antonio on September 29th of 2018. Our buddies, both in college and in the community get together to walk for a cause!
